Durability and Warranty

Siena hybrid flooring is built for high-traffic areas and is resistant to scuffs, stains, and dents. Most brands offer strong warranties, typically a 25-year limited residential structural warranty and a 10-year limited commercial structural warranty. It’s important to note that, unlike real timber, it cannot be sanded or refinished. In case of damage, a plank would need to be replaced.
