Sales and Payments:
- Payment must be received prior to delivery of the products to the customer.
- Floor rug sales are non-refundable. One-time exchanges are permitted. Please choose carefully.
- Deposits for carpets, timber, blinds, curtains, and shutters are non-refundable once paid. Cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed.
- A 50% deposit is required to place the order upon acceptance of the quote.
- Full payment for carpets, timber flooring, laminate flooring, hybrid flooring, blinds, curtains, and shutters must be completed 3 days prior to scheduled installation.
Quotes and Pricing: 6. Quoted prices are subject to verification measurements by Carpets’Rus. Any changes to measurements, materials, or scope of work may affect the quoted price. 7. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue or until promotional offers expire. Prices are subject to revision after this period. 8. Prices do not include floor preparation or leveling. Additional charges will apply for additional services or materials. 9. Carpets’Rus reserves the right to correct pricing errors or omissions. 10. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Installation and Service Terms: 11. Customer must ensure that the installation area is ready, accessible, clean, and suitable. Carpets’Rus reserves the right to cancel the installation without refund if conditions are not satisfactory. 12. Additional charges will be applied to the customer for any interruptions to the installation caused by the customer’s actions. 13. If installation appointments are changed or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date, a daily rescheduling fee will apply. 14. Carpets’Rus may terminate the installation service without refund if the customer does not provide proper product access to the area. 15. New costs incurred during the installation may be charged at Carpets’Rus discretion.
General Terms: 16. By paying a deposit, customers agree to all terms, conditions, and policies. 17. Carpets’Rus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. 18. Carpets’Rus reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. 19.
